Arenaways Risponde LIS
You can speak with a LIS sign language interpreter via video call at +39.347 358 74 59 without an appointment on Tuesdays 8:30–13:30, Thursdays 13:30–15:30, and Saturdays 15:30–20:45. The service is available by appointment Monday to Saturday 8:00–20:45, by booking via SMS.
Arenaways Risponde LIS is also available on WhatsApp, Telegram and FaceTime.
Arenaways Accessibile
Passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility can request assistance by contacting the Arenaways Accessible service at accessibile@arenaways.it or by calling +39 090.2131.588, available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:45 PM. Requests must be submitted 24 hours before the train's departure on weekdays and 48 hours before on holidays.
